Other Camper Comments: I met a couple who were in A-18 who come here frequently from Alabama. They love the quiet and solitude on this side of the mountain and said they love the Smokies so much they always hate to leave. They said another thing that keeps them coming back is the congenial and helpful staff here. They had older Verizon phone and could get a signal here, where most people I talked to could not.
I heard from a photography group that was here in October, 2013 who had problems staying connected to the wi-fi in this loop, where people in Loop B could. The park is working with Comcast to remedy this and I’ll post updates as I get them.
